1. The arc starting of the stainless steel pipe fittings adopts the reflow method, and the arc ending adopts the method of full arc crater. In the over-scale of arc starting, it should be completed within the slope, and arcing and arcing should not be performed on the surface of the pipeline and the busbar of the pipe fittings. In the process of arc starting, cracks, pores, and other phenomena are found, and they should be cleaned up in time.
2. When the stainless steel pipe fittings are hoisted, they should be separated from other metals to avoid direct contact. Non-metallic materials such as padded wooden boards and rubber sheets can be used for isolation.
3. During continuous welding of stainless steel pipe fittings, the temperature should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius. When tack welding, the inside of the weld should be protected by argon filling. When cutting, ordinary grinding wheels cannot be used for cutting, and special grinding wheels for stainless steel pipe fittings or plasma cutting should be used. 4. When connecting stainless steel pipe fittings and non-stainless steel pipes and fittings, the inner pipe and cavity of the welded butt joint should be filled with argon gas before bottoming welding, and then argon tungsten arc welding can be performed. The welding seam at the connecting weld should be pickled and passivated after welding.
