Size&Standard: Primarily using 90° and 45° bends, with 180° used for U-shaped compensators. Strict adherence to drawings is required to avoid stress concentration caused by forced on-site adjustments.

Bending Radius (R):

1D (R = pipe diameter): Saves space but has high flow resistance; suitable for non-main trunk, low-flow-velocity pipelines.

1.5D~3D: Used for main process pipelines; significantly reduces turbulence and scouring, extending service life.

≥3D: Used for high-flow-velocity, large-diameter pipelines; reduces vibration and noise.

Material Standards: Stainless steel (e.g., 304/316L) / Alloy steel (e.g., 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV);

Performance Parameters: Stainless steel (e.g., 304/316L): Used in sections with high chloride ion content or high humidity; strong corrosion resistance, especially suitable for small-diameter pipelines such as instrument pressure taps and sewage systems within stations. Alloy steels (such as 15CrMo and 12Cr1MoV): Used in high-temperature and high-pressure sections, possessing good creep resistance and thermal stability, and are used in main steam or high-temperature process pipelines.

As a critical pipeline component, bends are widely used in pipeline laying in complex terrains and in internal connections within stations to ensure the safe and continuous transmission of natural gas under high pressure. These projects are typically located in areas with frequent geological activity and significant topographic relief, placing extremely high demands on the pressure resistance, fatigue resistance, and welding reliability of bends.

Quality Assurance:

Non-destructive Testing Requirements: UT (ultrasonic) or RT (radiological) inspection reports should be provided for critical bends to ensure the absence of internal cracks, delamination, and other defects.

Heat Treatment: Normalizing is recommended after hot bending to eliminate residual stress and improve weldability.

Straight Section Provision: For ease of on-site welding, suppliers can be requested to provide 50–300mm straight pipe sections at both ends of the bends.

Supply Capacity: Maintains year-round inventory; capable of handling single-piece processing orders and custom orders based on provided drawings.

Logistics Services: Sea freight, air freight, land freight, and combined sea-land freight are all available; port and customs clearance services are available (assistance with import customs procedures can be provided).
