Q: What if I'm worried about product quality?

A: We support third-party testing before shipment; we provide product images from past transactions, customer feedback, and qualification certificates;We offer comprehensive after-sales service and product warranty periods.

Q: Is your company a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We are an integrated industrial and trading company. We have two factories in Changsha, one old and one new, producing SSAW pipes. We, Siruitong, are the export trading company of Shengshida.

Q: What are your main products?

A: Pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, bolts, nuts, gaskets, etc., made of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper-nickel alloys, aluminum, copper, etc. We also offer profiles, steel plates, and steel coils.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Generally, it's TT (Telegraphic Transfer), 30% TT prepayment, 70% TT payment before shipment or 3 days after receipt of bill of lading. Prepayment + Letter of Credit is also possible. If you have a long-standing relationship with a customer with good credit, you can use export credit insurance and online order fulfillment (OA).

Q: The customer wants us to book shipping space half a month or even a month in advance so that they can ship immediately after production?

A: In reality, we cannot book space a month in advance. We usually wait for the shipping company's price before booking, and only after the goods are basically completed. The customer's suggestion is not feasible; it's too risky and difficult to implement.

Q: If the delivery time for oiling pipes is urgent, will shipping them directly cause serious oil leakage at the bottom of the container?

A: Using waterproof tarpaulin can avoid complaints from the shipping company.

Q: The delivery time is urgent; we want to ship 6-meter pipes by air or express?

A: 6 meters is generally not possible by express or air freight. If using express, the length should not exceed 240cm; exceeding this will also be difficult to ship (meaning the packaged dimensions should not exceed 240cm).
