Mechanical Tests
Flattening Test—One flattening test shall be made on specimens from each end of two tubes selected from each lot.
Flaring Test—One flaring test shall be made on specimens from each end of two tubes selected from each lot.
Hardness Test—Brinell or Rockwell hardness tests shall be made on specimens from two tubes from each lot.
Hydrostatic Test—Each tube shall be subjected to the hydrostatic pressure test.
Applications:
1, For evaporator, heat exchangers, condensers, heat transfer equipment and similar pipes.
2, Widely used in the mechanical treatment field, petrochemical industry, transport and construction field
3, Ordinary structural purposes and mechanic structural purposes, for example in construction field, fulcrum bearing etc;
4, The transportation of fluids in the projects and big equipments, for example transport of water, oil, gas etc
5, Can be used in low and medium pressure boiler for the transportation of fluids, for example steam tube, big smoke tube, small smoke tube, generating tube etc
Packing:
Packed in wooden box or bundles protected with plastic paper, and suitably protected for sea-worthily delivery or as requested.
The Product marking shall include the ASTM A192 or ASME SA192, size, heat no., Lot No. and Manufacture name or logo.
