Q500QE straight seam welded steel pipe is made of high-strength low-alloy steel (HSLA), and its chemical composition and mechanical properties meet national standards. Mainly includes steel plate preparation, forming, welding, heat treatment, and finishing. First, qualified Q500QE steel plates are selected as raw materials. After pretreatment, such as leveling and edge trimming, they enter the forming process. Forming typically employs JCOE (J-type forming, C-type forming, O-type forming, and diameter expansion) or roll-bending processes to gradually bend the steel plate into a circular tube shape.
