Due to different usage scenarios and destinations, 304 stainless steel pipe manufacturers generally process 304 stainless steel pipes according to the actual market needs of users to ensure needs of users. There are currently 4 common processing methods.
1. Welding of 304 stainless steel pipes: Before welding, you need to clean up everything that is not conducive to welding, such as moisture, paint, etc., and then spot weld. When removing welding slag, you should use a special 304 stainless steel pipe brush. After all the work is completed, the surface of the 304 stainless steel pipe is polished or otherwise treated to prevent the strength and corrosion resistance from decreasing due to welding.
2. Bending of 304 stainless steel pipes: Due to the particularity of users' use, 304 stainless steel pipes are sometimes bent. Generally speaking, the maximum bending degree can reach 180°.
3. Cutting of 304 stainless steel pipe: In order to meet the needs of the application scenario size, the 304 stainless steel pipe will be cut. When cutting, try to choose plasma or laser instruments for cutting. If electrical cutting must be used for cutting, attention should be paid to the processing of the cut part.
4. Stamping of 304 stainless steel pipe: When stamping, it should be noted that 304 stainless steel pipe has a higher strength than general materials, so greater pressure is required during stamping, and work hardening should be avoided.
