How to extend the service life of stainless steel pipe

1. Cleaning method: When cleaning the surface of the stainless steel pipe, care must be taken not to scratch the surface. Avoid using bleaching ingredients and abrasive washing liquid, steel wire balls, grinding tools, etc. To remove the washing liquid, rinse with clean water at the end of the washing surface.

2. Dust treatment: If there is dust on the surface of the stainless steel pipe and the dirt is easy to remove, it can be washed with clean water or soap and weak detergent. For the binder component, use alcohol or organic solvent (ether, benzene) to scrub.

3. Grease: Grease, oil, and lubricating oil on the surface of the stainless steel pipe. After wiping it with a soft cloth, wash it with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution, or a special detergent.

4. Adhesive rust: For the rust caused by the dirt on the surface of the stainless steel pipe, the surface dirt or rust can be removed with common anti-rust cream on the market, and then cleaned with water or weak alkaline soapy water.
