Heat treatment system of 10Cr9MoW2VNbBN alloy steel pipe: ≥1040℃ normalizing, ≥730℃ tempering.

The tensile strength of 10Cr9MoW2VNbBN alloy steel pipe is ≥620, the yield strength is ≥440, the elongation after fracture is longitudinal ≥20 and transverse ≥18, the longitudinal impact is ≥40, the transverse impact is ≥27, the Brinell hardness is not more than 250HBW, the Vickers hardness is not more than 265, and the Rockwell hardness is not more than 25.
