Cold simmer bend is a method of bending at room temperature without heating or changing the material structure, which is called cold simmer bend. To prevent the pipe from being deflated or deformed during the bending process, some auxiliary materials or equipment, such as springs, are often filled in the pipe. The cold simmering steel elbow is bent by a complete set of bending molds, which is mainly used for oil, gas, infusion, etc.! Cold simmer bends are generally used for small-diameter pipes, while large-diameter pipes cannot be cold-formed!
