Steel coil is finished steel sheet or strip that has been coiled or wound after rolling with the width of the metal sheet being greater than its thickness. Steel coil with certain coatings can be weather-resistant, protect against moisture, and is eco-friendly. Steel coil is produced through different processes depending on the desired outcome.
(1)Hot-rolled steel coil is steel plate that is rolled at a high temperature, making the steel easier to manipulate. Due to the quick and easy process, hot-rolled steel saves time and is less expensive to manufacture.
(2)Cold-rolled steel coil has a nicer finish and is more durable than hot-rolled steel. Cold-rolling is a process where the steel is rolled at room temperature, below its recrystallization temperature. While cold-rolled steel coil is more superior to other coils, cold-rolled steel can be harder to manipulate due to the higher carbon content.
(3)Galvanized steel coil is created through a hot-dipped process that dips the metal into zinc for a nice smooth coating. The coating creates a strong rust resistance and prolongs the life of the steel coils.

(4)Galvalume steel coils:
The galvalume steel coils are an aluminum-zinc alloy structure formed by solidification of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon at a high temperature of 600°,This alloy is composed of dense quaternary crystals formed of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc.
(5)Carbon steel coil, a type of steel that generally has only a small quantity of elements other than carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus, so it has no significant alloying element. Carbon coil is good for second grade applications placing no particular demands on surface quality. Our steel coils are various grades and thicknesses to support the countless applications of this metal. We offer carbon coil in hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized, aluminized and painted. Available grades include CS-B, FS -B, DS-B, DDS, EDDS, A36, SS Grades 30-55, A572-50 HSLA Grades 40-80 and A606.
(6)Stainless steel coil is distinguished from carbon steel by their chromium content and, in certain cases - nickel. Adding chromium to carbon steel makes it more rust and stain-resistant, and when nickel is added to chromium stainless steel it enhances its mechanical properties, for example its density, heat capacity and strength. Stainless steel sheet is used, for example, in the manufacture of machinery, tools and containers.
